Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking friendly cashiers to be the first and last face guests see. You’ll handle transactions, support servers, and keep lines moving in a fast-paced mountain setting.

Prior food and beverage experience is preferred; RBS and California Food Handler’s certifications are valued. Roles include opening/closing duties and potential cross-training across departments, with winter employee benefits.

Formación

• Prior food and beverage experience preferred.
• Warm, friendly, and enjoys greeting guests.
• Detail-oriented when ringing in orders accurately.
• Calm and professional while keeping lines moving.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willing to learn new skills and support other departments.
• Holds or will obtain RBS certification.
• Holds a California Food Handler’s certification.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide excellent guest service.
• Operate the POS terminal to receive payments by credit card, resort charge or voucher.
• Issue receipts and refunds as needed.
• Stock retail items and keep display looking robust.
• Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
• Speak knowledgeably about all menu items.
• Assist with expediting food and beverage orders when requested.
• Cross-train and lend a hand in other departments as needed.
