Job summary

The Boca Raton seeks an Overnight Security Manager in Boca Raton, FL to safeguard guests, members and staff while enforcing safety programs. You will lead training, supervise security personnel, and ensure compliance with OSHA and corporate safety policies.

The role requires extensive security experience, strong leadership, and a focus on incident response, investigations and loss prevention in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Security or related field.
• Management and supervision experience required.
• Law enforcement and customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows based programs required.

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, select, manage, review and counsel Security Supervisors and Officers to maintain order throughout the resort.
• Periodically review Officers and Supervisors logs and security reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA standards compliance.
• Lead investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss and unlawful activities; document details for management.
• Direct coordination of training in fire life safety, CPR and other corporate programs.
• Review and approve departmental schedules/payroll and make adjustments.
• Direct and manage Lost and Found function.
• Conduct regular patrols and assist with guest issues and complaints as needed.
