Job summary

The Boca Raton Resort is searching for an Overnight Security Manager to safeguard guests, members and staff while enforcing corporate guidelines and safety protocols. The role oversees interviews, training, scheduling and investigations under the Director of Safety & Security.

Responsibilities include coordinating fire life safety training, CPR, OSHA compliance, and security operations across the resort, with a focus on incident resolution and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of security or related experience.
• Management and supervision experience is required.
• Law enforcement and customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based programs required.

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, select, manage, review and counsel Security Supervisors and Officers to maintain order.
• Review security logs and reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Lead investigations of accidents, thefts and property loss.
• Coordinate training in fire life safety, CPR and other programs.
• Review and approve departmental schedules and payroll.
• Direct and manage Lost and Found functions.
• Assist with guest complaints and issues.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property.
• Lead monthly Security Department meetings.
