Job summary

Carillon Miami Wellness Resort is seeking a Safety & Security Officer to ensure guest and resident safety at our luxury Miami Beach property. The role covers duties in security, scheduling, and incident handling with a focus on maintaining high service standards.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with security experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of security experience in hotel/resort environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with staff, vendors, guests, residents, and government agencies.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Performs security duties to ensure safety of guests, residents, employees and property.
• Assumes duties of the Security Manager in their absence.
• Develops and administers the security staff work schedule.
• Oversees training of new and current security officers.
• Maintains records and inventories; inputs Lost & Found in MS SHIFT.
• Prepares and forwards reports to leadership; assists in payroll docs.
