Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests, associates, and visitors across the resort.

The role involves patrolling the property, responding to safety concerns, and supporting emergency response efforts with professionalism. Required are security experience, an active Hawaii Guard Card, and the ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security experience.
• Active Hawaii Guard Card required.
• Excellent oral and written English communication for documentation and safety instructions.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor environments and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Protect guests, associates, visitors and resort assets following security procedures.
• Patrol property and adjoining areas to identify safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance and investigate incidents.
• Document violations and security incidents accurately.
• Respond to emergencies including CPR, first aid, and fires as required.
• Provide guidance during safety or emergency situations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Support light maintenance and other operational needs as assigned.
