Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Hawaii seeks a Security Officer to protect guests, associates and resort assets across the property. You’ll patrol, respond to safety concerns, document incidents, and assist emergency responses with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements include at least one year of security experience, knowledge of safety practices, and an active Hawaii Guard Card. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a starting wage of about $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security experience.
• Knowledge of safety and security practices.
• Active Hawaii Guard Card.
• Ability to carry and move items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Effective oral and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol property and adjoining public areas to identify safety or security concerns.
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance from guests and associates and investigate incidents as appropriate.
• Document reported or observed violations, infractions and security incidents accurately.
• Protect resort property from damage, vandalism and theft and assist in emergencies (CPR/first aid).
• Provide guidance to guests and associates during safety or emergency situations.
