Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Security Officer to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members across our Wisconsin properties. You will patrol various areas, enforce policies, and deter illegal activities consistent with laws and company rules.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous security or related experience is valued, with opportunities for growth within the resort family.

Qualifications

• Law enforcement or military background preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws.
• Valid driver's license in the state of employment
• Hotel or resort experience preferred.
• English as a first language (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Check in with the shift supervisor and/or manager-on-duty on arrival, review security logs and reports daily.
• Patrol all lobbies, floors, common areas, associate areas, basement, and grounds of Kalahari Resorts.
• If an incident requires a report or a statement, complete the necessary paperwork and advise the shift supervisor or manager-on-duty when finished.
• Provide the utmost in confidentiality with every action taken, verbally and written to protect the rights of guests, associates, and Kalahari Resorts.
