Job summary

Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Security Officer to protect guests and the property across the luxury resort. You will verify IDs, patrol grounds, respond to incidents, and partner with HR on investigations while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 18+, a valid Florida driver's license, and the ability to obtain a Class D security license within 30 days. Flexible shifts and physical tasks are expected; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.
• Ability to obtain Class D Security License within 30 days.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1 year security experience preferred; luxury resort/hotel experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of resort events and dining options.
• Verify identification of guests, members, and visitors at entry points.
• Perform patrolling, incident reporting, and respond to calls.
• Collaborate with HR for incident reports and investigations.
• Inspect posts and vehicles and complete pass-down logs.
• Document patrols and maintain logs for security of property.
• Assist with traffic and safety enforcement on property.
