Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate at our resorts to engage prospective and current owners, schedule presentations, and guide guests toward sales-tour experiences. You will greet guests, present the value of ownership, qualify leads, and coordinate reservations, working closely with resort staff.

A high school diploma and 1–3 years in sales or marketing help you succeed. The role offers base pay of $21 per hour during training, with commissions and bonuses and

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• Attend training sessions and meet performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
