Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests for presentations and act as a brand ambassador, driving attendance at sales-preview tours.

The role emphasizes greeting and qualifying customers, coordinating tours, and maintaining performance standards. Training covers company policies, industry trends, and weekly/monthly goal reviews.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer skills is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines and schedule tours.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
