Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current owners at our resort locations. You will schedule guests for sales presentations and act as a brand ambassador.

You will greet customers, qualify leads, and coordinate tours, with compensation including hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses. Travel is limited to on-site activities in the resort area and earnings can reach a high level with performance.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with policies.
• Attend training sessions, stay updated on marketing information, and review performance goals.
