Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule tours, greet guests, and guide them toward a sales presentation while partnering with resort staff to ensure smooth arrivals.

The role emphasizes professional brand representation, qualification of prospects, and adherence to company policies. Training sessions and performance goals are part of the role, with benefits for qualifying associates.

Qualificações

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Attend scheduled training and department meetings and keep current on marketing information.
