Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort seeks a Resort Safety team member to patrol base area property, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid when needed. You will interact with guests and staff, conduct inspections, and help maintain safety standards across facilities and outlets.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, directing traffic, and upholding brand and safety requirements. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and night shifts is necessary to support peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred with related experience.
• Bi-lingual is a plus and may be preferred in guest interactions.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Actively patrol resort property on foot and by vehicle to monitor operations.
• Engage with guests and staff in a friendly, helpful manner and provide service.
• Prioritize calls for service and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Provide first aid and contact emergency services when needed.
• Inspect safety equipment, kits, AEDs and extinguishers on property.
• Complete thorough incident reports and assist with lost & found records.
• Maintain safety program knowledge and ensure MIOSHA posters are displayed.
