Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a part-time team member for our Resort Operations in Las Vegas. This role supports retail and food-and-beverage service, engaging guests in various settings such as the Retail Marketplace, pool, and lobby.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in serving, concessions, hospitality, sales, retail, or cash handling preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic, sales-minded personality; superior guest-relations skills.
• At least 21 years of age with required Food Handlers and TAM Card.

Responsibilities

• Engages guests with outstanding service; answers questions, makes recommendations.
• Takes and fulfills beverage and retail orders; follows food-handling procedures.
• Rings up food and retail sales accurately using the POS system.
• Maintains floor and service area stock; replenishes merchandise and arranges displays.
• Works independently across alternate retail, pool, and food-and-beverage outlets.
