Qualificações

• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency or ability to learn POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Required to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide helpful, courteous assistance throughout the store.
• Answer product questions, offer recommendations, and upsell or highlight promotions as appropriate.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise, resolving concerns, and improving overall guest satisfaction.
• Provide prompt, friendly service at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Operate the POS system to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
