Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX, is seeking a energetic Restaurant Server for Cap Rock Cabana. You will provide attentive service, take orders, and help create a memorable dining experience for resort guests amid scenic golf-course surroundings.

The position requires a strong guest-service mindset, the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Competitive benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current TABC Certification required.
• Current Food Handler Certification required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant serving experience required; resort, club, or upscale dining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, daily features, and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams regarding orders, special requests, and dietary needs.
• Prepare and maintain service stations, dining areas, and equipment to established standards.
• Assist with table maintenance, bussing, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Follow resort service standards, cash handling procedures, and applicable Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Complete required side work and shift documentation.
