Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a friendly and professional Golf Shop Associate to support daily golf operations at Cap Rock Clubhouse in Horseshoe Bay, TX. You will assist with tee time reservations, guest check-in, retail transactions, and shop operations, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn golf management and POS systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage tee time reservations, golf check-in, and daily play schedules.
• Answer phone calls, provide course information, and respond to inquiries.
• Process retail and golf-related transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the golf shop.
• Maintain merchandise displays and shop cleanliness.
• Receive, organize, and replenish inventory as needed.
• Support golf tournaments, member events, and special outings.
• Coordinate with Golf Operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote merchandise and resort offerings to members and guests.
• Maintain accurate cash-handling records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Golf Operations leadership.
