Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas seeks a Busperson for Summit Rock Restaurant to support dining room operations, clear and reset tables, stock stations, and assist servers while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and presents a professional appearance.

The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, reliable attendance, and basic English.

Responsibilities

Set, clear, and reset dining tables promptly and efficiently.
Assist servers with food and beverage service as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas.
Stock and replenish service supplies, including plates, glassware, cups, saucers, and utensils.
Replenish food and beverage stations as needed.
Maintain clean and safe work areas by sweeping and mopping.
Clean and sanitize counters, shelves, and restaurant equipment.
Complete storeroom requisitions and organize supplies.
Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal areas.
Assist with deep-cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Support restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
