Sonesta International Hotels in Hawaii seeks a friendly Recreation Team Member to support guest activities, poolside events, wellness programming, and resort entertainment. You’ll help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere and engage guests of all ages in lively, quality experiences.

Ideal candidates enjoy staying active, excel in guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced resort setting. CPR/First Aid or lifeguard certifications are valued; mornings/evenings/weekends flexibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation, hospitality, or guest activities.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support daily recreation operations and guest activities.
• Engage with guests in an energetic, friendly manner.
• Set up and coordinate games, fitness classes, and events.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and presentation of facilities.
• Provide information about resort activities and services.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory as needed.
