Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Recreation Team Member to support guest activities, poolside experiences, wellness programming and resort entertainment. You will help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires energy, strong guest service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recreation, hospitality, resort, entertainment, guest activities or events preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily recreation operations: guest activities, poolside events, wellness experiences and family programming.
• Engage guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create memorable experiences.
• Set up and facilitate games, activities, fitness classes, events and recreational programming.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across pools, activity areas and facilities.
• Provide guests with information about activities, amenities, schedules and local attractions.
