Resort Readiness Ambassador – Mountain CreekLocation: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Resort Readiness ManagerSNOW Partners Mission Statement:“To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.”About Mountain Creek:Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.How the Resort Readiness Ambassador works with the Team:The Resort Readiness team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the resort, including resort grounds, restrooms, and parking areas. In addition to providing our guests with directions, parking alternatives and resort information upon request. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for guests upon arrival by ensuring the property is clean, safe, organized, and welcoming throughout the day. The Resort Readiness team members take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.Team Member Responsibilities:Maintain a clean and organize work area at all timesEmpty all waste containersListen to guests concerns and relay them to management in a timely mannerThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
