Job summary

Mountain Creek is seeking a Resort Readiness Ambassador to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests at Vernon, NJ. This on-site role supports operations by keeping restrooms, common areas, and parking areas orderly and presentable, and by guiding guests with resort information.

Ideal candidates are 16 or older, able to work weekends/holidays, and possess teamwork, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Empty all waste containers.
• Listen to guests' concerns and relay them to management.
• Clean bathrooms and restock dispensers.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots by refreshing garbage cans and picking up loose trash.
• Attend designated parking area entrance/exit during lot hours.
• Complete assigned duties in a timely manner.
• Perform all job functions and tasks as assigned.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and mutual appreciation.
• Floor care including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Managers/Supervisors.

How the Resort Readiness Ambassador works with the Team:

The Resort Readiness team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of the resort, including resort grounds, restrooms, and parking areas. In addition to providing our guests with directions, parking alternatives and resort information upon request. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for guests upon arrival by ensuring the property is clean, safe, organized, and welcoming throughout the day. The Resort Readiness team members take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organize work area at all times
