• Establish, maintain, and promote positive relationships with guests, staff, and authorities.
• Exercise sound fiduciary management and monitor operating budgets.
• Manage grounds, buildings, and resort infrastructure.
• Oversee hiring activities and maintain staff schedules and performance reviews.
• Assist regional management with annual operating budgets and variance justification.
