Job summary

Caribe Royale is seeking an energetic server for Calypso’s Pool Bar and Grille in Orlando to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service in a busy resort environment.

You will greet guests warmly, know menu items, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure quality and timely service. A Florida food safety certification and prior high-volume serving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Florida Food Safety certification (SafeStaff) or Safestaff training within 60 days of hire.
• One year of high-volume serving preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol per state law.
• Excellent eye for detail; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and by name with warm, sincere service.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and presentation; ensure quality.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and upsell menu items.
• Take orders in POS; present checks and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and station setup; follow safety standards.
• Communicate with kitchen about orders and wait times.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards.
