Job summary

Enchantment Resort's Mii amo is seeking a friendly Pool Bar Server to deliver food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will learn menus, take orders, maintain a clean workstation, and work with the Restaurant Manager to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must work well with or without direct supervision and be neat and well groomed.
• Must maintain current food handler’s certification and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in uniform and prepared for work.
• Know menus and wine lists; take and fulfill orders promptly.
• Serve guests to established standards; keep workstation clean.
• Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the resort.
• Collaborate with team to exceed guest expectations.
