Job summary

Sierra Lodgings at Caribe Royale Orlando is seeking a part-time server to join our resort dining team. You will greet guests, present menus, and provide courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and readiness to obtain food handling and TIPS certifications within 90 days. One year of high-volume serving experience is preferred, with basic POS knowledge and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly after seating using the guest's name.
• Know ingredients, preparation, and presentation of all menu items and specials.
• Ensure every product delivered adheres to highest quality.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Suggest food and beverages appropriately.
• Communicate with kitchen about questions, wait times, and availability.
• Know restaurant layout and equipment locations.
• Maintain table and station cleanliness and organization.
• Present accurate checks and process payments.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
