Job summary

Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, part of The Marcus Corporation, is seeking a friendly server to deliver food and beverage services that delight guests in Lake Geneva, WI. You will greet guests, explain daily specials, input orders, and ensure timely, courteous service with attention to liquor regulations.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic F&B knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Prior service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and etiquette.
• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials & promotions.
• Understand the menu including ingredients and preparation.
• Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system.
• Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments; follow liquor regulations.
• Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return.
• Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking condiments.
• Maintain self-banking procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
