Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant General Manager IV for the WorldMark Seaside resort to lead resort operations and support the General Manager in achieving service standards and financial goals.

Responsibilities include overseeing Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance; managing annual budgets, P&L, and audits; and partnering with HR to coach and develop the team while ensuring HOA compliance and excellent guest relations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of HOA standards and board procedures.
• Ability to identify process improvements and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Manage financial aspects including annual operating budget and monthly P&L reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits and HOA relationships.
• Identify process improvements and strategic goals; lead committees and teams.
• Coach, train, and retain talent; work with Human Resources on employee relations.
