Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership offers an on-site internship program at one of our resort locations in Branson, MO, with 3- or 6-month durations. Interns will gain hands-on experience in Front Office and Recreation/Activities, guided by property leaders, and will participate in interactive online sessions and senior leader conversations.

Candidates must be actively pursuing a college degree, be available for varied shifts (including weekends/holidays), and may need a valid driver’s license depending on

Responsibilities

• Learn brand-standard welcoming techniques to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Welcome and assist guests and owners during check-in/check-out
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries
• Support daily front desk tasks and problem solving
• Understand ownership vs nightly reservations
• Observe pre-arrival process for guests
• Familiarize with room locations and assignments
• Promote resort activities and facilities to guests
• Lead activities like trivia, pool games, and events
• Assist with setup and execution of special events
• Interact with guests to create fun, memorable experiences
• Plan and organize daily and special activities
• Observe health/fitness, childcare, and team leadership areas
• Perform physical activities and lift up to 25 pounds
