Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fully on-site internship at Hyatt Vacation Ownership resort locations.
• Actively pursuing a college degree.
• Majors in Hospitality or Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply brand-standard welcoming techniques to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Welcome and assist guests and owners during check-in/check-out.
• Assist with front desk tasks and guest requests as needed.
• Support Recreation/Activities with guest-centered programs and events.
• Collaborate on projects that contribute to business innovation.
