Job summary

Driftwood Resort in Osage Beach, MO is seeking a summer Intern to support guest services and operations May–August 2027. You’ll work with Engineering, Sales, Catering, Grounds, F&B, HR, Reservations, Marketing, and Front Desk to keep recreation running at the highest level.

You must be a current college student, have strong English, and demonstrate hospitality while interacting with guests and teammates. The internship pays $15 per hour with housing options available nearby.

• Must have strong English proficiency to communicate with guests and staff.
• Demonstrate hospitality skills while interacting with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise use of recreational facilities to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
• Assist with schedules, orders, invoices, and vendors.
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding facility offerings.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
