Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership invites students to join a Summer 2027 Recreation College Intern role in Sedona, AZ. This on-site internship offers hands-on experience in resort operations, exposure to multiple departments, and opportunities to shadow leaders.

The program runs 3- or 6-months, includes guidance from property leaders, executive sessions, and a capstone project. Applicants should be pursuing a college degree in Hospitality or Business Management, and be available for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a college degree at any level.
• Majors in Hospitality or Business Management preferred, other disciplines encouraged.
• Available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fully on-site internship at Hyatt Vacation Ownership resort locations.

Responsibilities

• Promote resort activities and facilities to guests of all ages.
• Lead and support activities like trivia, pool games, and events.
• Assist with setup and execution of special events and programs.
• Shadow different departments to understand resort operations.
• Collaborate on a project contributing to business innovation.
