Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resort locations. You'll greet guests, present, and invite attendance at a sales preview tour while qualifying prospects per company guidelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling tours, coordinating with resort staff, and meeting performance goals. A background in sales/marketing is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time).
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
• Travel requirements: No travel outside the home site's area.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
