Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests for presentations, greet customers, and act as a positive brand ambassador while coordinating with resort staff to ensure a smooth arrival and tour experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to qualify leads per company guidelines, with compensation including hourly pay and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
