Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests for presentations and work closely with resort staff to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key duties include greeting and presenting to potential customers, qualifying leads, and coordinating sales-tour reservations and deposits. Ongoing training and performance reviews are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend training sessions, review materials, and track performance goals regularly.
