Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing representative in Lahaina, Hawaii, to engage prospective and current owners at our resort properties and schedule presentations.

You will greet guests, qualify prospects, coordinate sales tours, and partner with resort staff to deliver a compelling experience.

Annual target compensation ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 in the first year, including hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend training sessions, keep up with marketing information, and set performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
