Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking in-person marketing representatives to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You’ll schedule guests for presentations, act as a brand ambassador, and coordinate with resort staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role supports sales goals and requires weekend/evening availability. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales/marketing, strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Distribute parking passes, activity schedules and brochures to guests.
• Greet, present and incentivize prospects to attend a sales presentation per company policies.
• Attend trainings and meetings; stay updated on materials and industry trends; review performance goals.
• Meet production standards weekly.
