Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts.

You will greet guests, present opportunities, and schedule sales-tour presentations while partnering with resort staff to ensure a smooth flow of arrivals and briefings. The role emphasizes meeting performance goals, participating in ongoing training, and maintaining knowledge of market trends.

Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Club WyndhamPartner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking inGreet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tourScreen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelinesMake sales-tour reservations and collect required depositsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)Travel RequirementsNo travel required outside of the home site’s areaMinimum Requirements and QualificationsSales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Training requirementsNoneKnowledge and skillsClear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
