Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing and sales-oriented professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule meetings for presentations and act as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting and incentivizing tours, qualifying leads, and coordinating reservations. A high school diploma is required, with 1–3 years in sales/marketing preferred; proficiency in MS Excel and MS

  • Sales/marketing experience is preferred, not required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills.

  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
  • Maintain professional brand representation and support resort staff with arrival sheets of guests.

Job Summary

In person marketing with prospective and/or current owners within our resorts. Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Club Wyndham
  • Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time)
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)
Travel Requirements

No travel required outside of the home site’s area

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Must maintain production standards. Education High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Training requirements None Knowledge and skills Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space. Technical Skills Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices. Job experience 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
