Holiday Barn Pet Resorts in the Richmond area is seeking a hands-on Resort Manager to unite boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and guest services under our standards of excellence.

You’ll lead operations, develop leaders, manage revenue and guest experience, and ensure pet welfare. A strong background in multi-department hospitality and a passion for pets will help you build a high-performance Pack and drive year-over-year growth.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-department management experience in pet or hospitality industries.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors, coach, and manage budgets.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and safety focus for pet welfare.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations across boarding, daycare, grooming, and guest services.
• Set and enforce SOPs, standards, and guest environment.
• Staffing, scheduling, capacity planning, and peak-period management.
• Drive revenue through capacity utilization and cross-services.
• Monitor KPIs and manage budgets and expenses.
