Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC in Branson, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and ensure safe, efficient operation of resort facilities. The role requires hands-on maintenance across multiple systems and the ability to manage supply needs and tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them.
• Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Maintain upkeep of the property based on SOPs.
• Coordinate or inspect heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Order supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
