Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge; preventive maintenance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and report hazards.
• Perform maintenance and repairs with minimal guest disturbance.
• Replace light fixtures, fix drywall/wallpaper, and paint.
• Repair plumbing to prevent water damage and restore fixtures.
• Diagnose HVAC matters and resolve simple issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely, detailed manner.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Keep storage areas clean and safe.
