Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Ability to perform drywall patching, painting, and general repairs.
Commitment to safety programs and reporting deficiencies.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and tubs.
Replace breakers, ballasts and electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards.
Complete preventative programs on HVAC and other systems.
Repair interior walls and apply patches, textures, and paint as needed.
Inspect buildings and report deficiencies to supervisor.
