Job summary

Nemacolin in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands seeks a Maintenance Tech to service guest spaces and resort facilities, diagnosing issues and performing repairs across carpentry, electrical, HVACR, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

You will gain hands-on experience, contribute to preventative maintenance, and support guest comfort with safe, reliable operations in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of general building maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of general building maintenance including carpentry, electrical, HVACR, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Well-maintained guest and resort spaces through a broad range of maintenance services, inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing across buildings.
• Inspect, test, service, repair, and replace components to restore operation.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and monitor equipment condition to preempt issues.
• Prioritize and complete maintenance requests safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using diagrams, blueprints, and manuals to determine repair methods.
• Maintain and repair equipment in kitchens, laundries, mechanical rooms, offices, and other facilities.
• Respond to fire alarm activations and take appropriate action to protect occupants and property.
• Support MP2 Preventative Maintenance Program and other Engineering team tasks as needed.
