Nemacolin in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands is seeking an HVAC Technician to safeguard comfort, reliability, and operations across guest rooms, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities. The hourly rate begins at $26.00 and varies with experience.

You will diagnose issues from schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies, contributing to guest experience and operational continuity. A technical or vocational HVAC background and several years of hands-on experience are

Formación

• Completion of a technical or vocational program in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical systems, or a related trade, and at least three years of relevant maintenance or HVAC experience; or
• Completion of a technical or vocational program and attainment of Maintenance Technician Level I in HVAC or a related trade, with progression through increasingly complex maintenance responsibilities; or
• Five or more years of progressive experience in HVAC, commercial equipment, general building maintenance, or a closely related skilled trade with demonstrated troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
• A combination of education, technical training, certifications, and progressively responsible experience demonstrating knowledge and practical skills for the role
• One year of experience as a Maintenance Technician III, HVAC Technician, or equivalent skilled-trade role preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, commercial appliances, water and wastewater equipment, electrical systems, and related building systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and other technical materials
• Ability to safely operate vehicles, hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to speak English fluently
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-back assignments

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and advance HVAC systems, commercial appliances, water and wastewater equipment, and related building systems across resort facilities
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical materials to diagnose issues and plan repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and participate in maintenance programs to extend system life and performance
• Design, fabricate, modify, and repair structures or equipment as needed and propose practical modifications
• Evaluate labor, time, and material requirements; maintain inventory; document records; and inspect completed work for quality and compliance
• Respond to emergency calls and after-hours assignments to protect operational continuity
