  • Exposure to a fast-paced luxury resort environment where equipment reliability directly supports guest and operational standards
  • Regular physical activity, including standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, equipment operation, and driving
  • Opportunity to further develop technical expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines

  • A hands-on approach to diagnosing problems and completing repairs efficiently
  • Strong technical judgment and the ability to determine appropriate repair methods
  • Comfort working independently while maintaining effective relationships with coworkers and resort personnel
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail when working with equipment and building systems
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, emergency situations, and varying operational needs
  • Professional communication and a collaborative approach to working with associates and resort personnel
  • Ability to remain focused and effective in a demanding resort environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and respond to operational needs when required

Qualifications
