Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to ensure our resort properties and guest experiences are of the highest quality.

You will maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure every unit and building are in optimal working order. Ideal candidates have certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills, knowledge of appliance repair, and a professional, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs.
• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, boilers, and other systems.
