You’ll handle routine maintenance, repairs, and make-readies to ensure guest comfort and safety, with a team-focused, customer-service mindset. Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair/general fixture replacement (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape; dispose of trash and related tasks.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor per safety programs.
