Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to support WorldMark Gleneden Beach and Depoe Bay.

You’ll help ensure guest units and common areas are safe and fully functional, delivering dream vacations through reliable maintenance and friendly, responsive service. Perform general maintenance under supervision, handle repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical, carpentry), service make-ready units, maintain fixtures and landscapes, and inspect building systems while following safety

Responsibilities

• Perform general facilities maintenance under supervision.
• Handle service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape; manage trash.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
