Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to keep units and buildings in prime condition at WorldMark locations in Gleneden Beach and Depoe Bay. The role focuses on quality, guest service, and reliable maintenance to support dream vacations.

You’ll perform routine upkeep, repairs, and make-readies, applying basic repair knowledge to doors, fixtures, and landscapes, while adhering to safety programs and supervisor guidance.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and can-do team attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficient operations.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units and repair general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape, trash removal, and report building deficiencies to supervisor.
